do plants carry on cellular respiration, is this the same as aerobic repiration, how does photosynth. relate ?

I know that photosynthesis is the opposite of cellular respiration, but I have also read that plants give off waste from aerobic respiration. What are the electron acceptors in plants if not oxygen? Does the electron acceptor oxygen define the term aerobic respiration?

What are the actual end products of aerobic respiration and alcoholic fermentation??

Do the end products of aerobic respiration include NADH, FADH2, etc…? or do they only include the ones in the respiration equation (glucose, co2, etc..) and is the only end product of alcoholic fermentation, ethanol? thanks
