Aerobic Respiration

my bio teacher said that there are three types of organisms (reguarding cellular respiration). he said that there is one type, with a specific name, that goes through ONLY anaerobic. another that goes through ONLY aerobic. and another tht goes through BOTH anaerobic and aerobic. im looking for the SPECIFIC NAMES OF EACH

for example: plants, animals, fungi, etc. but which undergo each type of respiration?

can someone help me understand why aerobic respiration burns fat and anaerobic burns carbs? during aerobic respiration…some carbs in the form of glucose would STILL have to be burned right? surely carb burning is not just anaerboic exclusive right?
