Oxygen, because we breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide. If it produced oxygen, we would breathe out oxygen in much higher quantities.

Oxygen, because aerobic respiration uses oxygen, so it would not produce it.

oxygen is not a product.
aerobic respiration takes sugar and oxygen and converts it to ATP and CO2…. (this is a hideously short summarization)

Oxygen would be the answer. During respiration, Oxygen is used, CO2 is produced by the citric acid cycle of respiration, and water is a product of glycolysis, the first step of respiration.
The word “aerobic” means oxygen is consumed in the process.
