Bacteria do not have mitochondria. How is this going to affect aerobic respiration?

Aerobic Respiration
If anyone could provide me with details with respect to cellular respiration i.e. glycolysis, citric cycle, or ETC, that would be extremely helpful. Thanks!

For aerobic bacteria, its basically the same except the electron transport chain is in the cell membrane.

glycolysis and the citric acid cycle occur in the cytosol of the bacterium. the electron transport part of ATP generation is linked to the bacterial cell membrane. this allows bacteria to be more efficient in ATP generation (2 ATP more). this occurs because the charged 3 carbon compounds (PEP and DHAP) do not have to be transported into the mitochondria (use ATP for transport across the membrane).
