A. glycerol and amino acids B. glycerol and fatty acids C. fatty acids and sugars D. sugars and amino acids E. Sugars and glycerol I think that it is B and maybe E, if anyone cane help that would be grand. Thanks!

How would you calculate the efficiency of aerobic respiration, particularly if a cell generates 32 ATP?

I’m having trouble with a question in my textbook. I understand that the equation is energy required over energy released, but I don’t understand how to find those two numbers.
